​Following a recent system migration to a new server, a technical issue has been detected affecting the QR codes on previously generated MHPS certificates. As a result, older QR codes may not scan or function properly.

​To ensure your credentials remain fully valid, verifiable, and up to date for your practice, please follow these quick steps to refresh your document:

​📥 How to Re-Download Your Certificate:
1. ​Log In: Access your account via the Malaysian Healthcare Practitioners’ System (MHPS) portal.

2. ​Select & Download: Choose your Registration Certificate and/or Practicing Certificate (Sijil Perakuan Amalan) to download them again.

3. ​Done! Your newly downloaded certificate will feature an updated, fully functional, and valid QR code.

​⚠️ Don’t wait until you need it for official verification! Head over to the portal and grab your updated copy today to avoid any disruptions.
