MALAYSIAN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY FAMILY DAY 2023~ BOWLING TOURNAMENT
It is with great pleasure to announce that the Malaysian Occupational Therapy Association will be organising a bowling tournament as follows:
Date: 28th January 2023 (Saturday)
Time: 10.00am
Venue: Wangsa Bowl, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Terms and conditions

Each team should have FOUR (4) persons.

Each team member MUST be a registered MOTA member.

Selected team will be on first come first serve basis as the places are limited

MOTA shall announce the final list of contenders on our Facebook page upon closing date of registration.

Should any team could not make it to the tournament, please tell us at least 2 weeks before the tournament so we can arrange for replacement.
